LeBron James has popped the question to his high school sweetheart, Savannah Brinson.

The Miami Heat superstar, who celebrated his 27th birthday over the weekend, asked Savannah to marry him at a New Year’s Eve party at SL Nightclub in Miami.

Miami Heat owner Micky Arison tweeted, “Congrats to LeBron. @KingJames and Savannah so happy 4 u guys.”

Ma$e Stil Owes $35,000 Jewelry Bill from 2005

According to TMZ, Ma$e has been avoiding a five-figure jewelry bill since 2005. The rapper has been fighting an ongoing legal battle with Aydin and Company, a jeweler in Atlanta, since the summer.

According to court filings, the jewelers haven’t been able to serve Mase with legal papers after trying multiple times at his Georgia home — each time being turned away by staff who say he isn’t there. They claim he’s been ducking them for months and they had a process server file an affidavit in the case … stating Mase is “evading service.”

Ma$e filed papers asking for the suit to be dismissed, claiming improper service and saying that he never signed the “alleged contract at issue in case.”

The jewelers are demanding their money, attorney’s fees and 1.5% interest per month on the money he owes.

Via his twitter Kanye West Demanded a cool Million Dollars to D.J./Perform for New Years! I guess he got his wish!

Kanye got his wish to DJ for the New Years Eve celebration, as he rang in the new year at 1 Oak in Las Vegas alongside Fergie.

He had the club bumping with Michael Jackson and Diana Ross pumping through the speakers, along with the biggest hits of 2011. He also brought out some of his G.O.O.D. Music family, as Big Sean and Kid Cudi joined him behind the deck.
