According to the report, the two tried to work things out earlier this week, but negotiations fell through. Now Wayne wants a judge to allow him to break free from his Cash Money Records contract claiming Baby violated the terms of his deal by withholding the release of Tha Carter V. The Young Money head claims Birdman also failed to pay him an $8 million advance on his last album which he plans to sue for.

  1. $8 million advance for one album? That comes back out of Wayne’s money! It’s like a 8 million dollar loan that wayne might have to pay back 12 million. Let’s say wayne brings home $2 per album he would need to sell 6 million albums to make back baby’s loan

  2. Based on speculation over the years, Birdman is slick! He basically follows the Master P, Suge Knight, Diddy blueprint! The majority of the time he buys his artist jewelry, houses, clothes, cars, funds their tours, private jet time, studio usage, paying their bills, taxes, etc and charges them for everything! Including verses and video cameos! Keeps any drug, pill, or drink at their disposal to manipulate them! Now KARMA is coming back to bite Birdman for his shady dealings! We all know the industry is shady! Wayne was just tired of being controlled and realized some things once he limited the codeine usage!
