More than 200 local Comcast NBCUniversal employees and their families partnered with Atlanta Hawks’ Kent Bazemore and his ARMS Foundation volunteers to improve BEN at Miles Elementary School as part of the 18thannual Comcast Cares Day on Saturday, May 4, 2019.
Harry the Hawk and Hawks’ cheerleaders were on site to “make change happen.” The volunteers completed an indoor/outdoor beautification project at Miles Elementary School to enhance and improve the functionality and appeal of the learning environment.
Bazemore, who recently completed his seventh NBA season, founded the 501c3 non-profit ARMS Foundation to promote, motivate and inspire any young child who aspires to be part of the next generation of leaders.
