WHO CAN VOTE?
Anyone registered to vote can cast a ballot today for a candidate of any party. If someone tries to prevent you from voting, immediately ask for the judge of election at the polling place. He or she will tell you whether you are qualified to vote and can use the electronic voting system, or must cast a provisional paper ballot instead.

Follow on-screen directions to add a candidate’s name, but if you add a name that’s already there, your vote will not count in that race.
