He is not a devil he may have shot the kid but he did it becuase he thought it was a gun and nothing less if tou werw in his shoes tou would have done the same.
Actually he had his hands up before the guy shot him. And second. Nothing I mean nothing deserves a bullet to the head which in LAW books is called execution style which is the means to kill no ifs and or buts. Third they teach you in the police academy how to shoot to detain a person with a gun you do not have to shoot to kill they teach you to shoot the arm or the leg in order to stop someone IF they have a gun. And fourth there is no reason to shoot an unarmed person 6 times and keep shooting after he is laying there dead
