All he had to do was a little paper work and this wouldn’t be an issue
Now t.i. Is being sued for just dropping a verse in the track so can you imagine every label has to research every track that comes in for an artist to see if it has any samples or if it’s similar to anything before the artist can record his verse
They better make their own beats and come up with their own music on the sound table
Jus think bout 90% of the music we came up listening to sampled so list is definitely gonna get longer.
Now they are trying to come after him for ‘Happy’ they are trying to bankrupt him
Originality and creativity is a lost art form everybody started samplin and forgot to be innovators!!
They can pay to sample and still be creative
Good, it will force musicians to be authentic and original.
It might actually help people get back to being more creative n bring bac more originality
