A halfway house. Maybe a person coming home from prison would feel better about himself and his chances of success if he could start out living in a palace instead of a raggedy building being treated like a child. I know a lot if folks won’t agree but I think a nice place to come home to would go along way, that couple with a descent job and chance would keep slit of people from join back to what put them there…
That’s 92 clients at 2 beds par room….. all I see is money….
