Im just saying it was an accident he did not do it on purpose and it could have been a white person do you think if it was a white person they would be doing this come on now people have some common sense and stop doing what you are doing.
Actually he had his hands up before the guy shot him. And second. Nothing I mean nothing deserves a bullet to the head which in LAW books is called execution style which is the means to kill no ifs and or buts. Third they teach you in the police academy how to shoot to detain a person with a gun you do not have to shoot to kill they teach you to shoot the arm or the leg in order to stop someone IF they have a gun. And fourth there is no reason to shoot an unarmed person 6 times and keep shooting after he is laying there dead
