According to the report, the two tried to work things out earlier this week, but negotiations fell through. Now Wayne wants a judge to allow him to break free from his Cash Money Records contract claiming Baby violated the terms of his deal by withholding the release of Tha Carter V. The Young Money head claims Birdman also failed to pay him an $8 million advance on his last album which he plans to sue for.

  1. Right! Its called MONEY MANAGEMENT.. He lacks that trying to impress the Jones. Your buy 10 to 30 million dollar houses, jewelry with football number, VIP trick bill.. Well you still have mortgage, taxes etc. When they got the sign on bonus of 30 mill that dummy went in debt then. Although the label has sold an tremendous of albums his trick bill is to the moon. Lil Wayne Take him for everything you can. Team Lil Wayne lol

  2. Looks more like a lot of money! I’m sure if he owes Wayne that I can imagine the others. This unfolding is really bad for the Cash Money brand. If Young Thug and the rest of them aren’t paying attention now their bound to be getting plucked by the second.
