
Turk Files $1.3Million Lawsuit against Baby and Cash Money
Apparently Wayne and Turk have been talking, and it seems that Birdman and Cash Money have been doing some sketchy accounting. Turk claims that the label broke its deal with him and now he’s suing for the rights to his songs just like Tunechi.

The suit also asserts Cash Money and Money Mack failed to register artist shares of his 2001 album Young & Thuggin’ and numerous individual songs he appeared on, such as “Ha (Remix)” and “Welcome To The Nolia,” with Broadcast Music Inc. According to Turk, the result of not having those recordings BMI registered on his behalf was the loss of “publisher’s share” and “writer’s share” of performance royalties.
Some of the original hot boys have been complaining for years but now since wayne came forward it is now open season
