On Thursday, November 22, Amazon MGM Studios hosted a Special Screening of Unstoppable at Arizona State University,the alma mater of Anthony Robles. In 2011, Robles won the NCAA individual wrestling national championship in the 125-pound weight class, despite being born with only one leg.
Attendees included Unstoppable stars Jharrel Jerome and Don Cheadle, and Producer Anthony Robles. Special guests includedJudy Robles, Coach Shawn Charles(portrayed by Don Cheadle), Coach Shawn Williams (portrayed by Michael Peña), Coach Zeke Jones (current ASU wrestling coach) and Coach Brian Stith, an ASU wrestling alum and former ASU assistant coach who helped train Jharrel Jerome during film production and now coaches high school wrestling with Anthony.
