I’m writing this because I had a youngin leave me a FB inbox trying to beef. This young rapper raps
about drugs and KILLING folks and he is mad because we stand for the opposite. I politely told him that I don’t have one free second to help his career by beefing with him and he was really disrespectful. I’m trying to figure out what happened to the young men that respected their elders? I and 15 years older than this lil cat and we were taught respect. We held doors open for our elders and we said yes sir and no sir when speaking to them. What happened to the Parents that teach their kids to respect their elders? I asked the young lad how did he hear about Kingsmen and he said his mom speaks highly of us. I told him that I never heard of him so he has a lot of negative work to do to build his buzz and I’ll continue to stand for the youth that want change!
New Breed, New Era. I see kids cussin on the bus in front of old people a lot. A few times I said something but sometimes I just shake my head in disappointment. No respect for elders these days. Is it the drugs or the music they listen to? Its not always the parents. Some kids are Dr. Jeckyll at home and My Hyde out in the streets.
I’m not about to be disrespected by my kids r no one kids. It’s a place for wanna be grown children. Not saying I’ll put my hands on them, I’ll show tough love, don’t ask me for nothing, get it yourself, food, clothes, bills, rides, money, then if things gets badder, get OUT!!!! When you can learn to appreciate things I do n provide for you, you’re always welcome without attitude but respect. Imma be daddy, friend, brother, etc, anything but used n a fool. I will shorten mines days with foolishness

I think some of us are trying to be cool instead of being parents. If you or anyone that knows me see mine acting a fool please put them in check I dont want mine to die. I’m so proud of what you stand for Sly your doing on a large scale what I try to do at home. SALUTE!
