So I was talking to a young lady today and she was saying that Women are a lot better at managing money than men and i agreed and disagreed. i told her it depends on the person but ahe said overall its the women that saves and had to bail the men out when needed so im asking you guys what do you think??!
Some. They blow money on crazy things too
Yup some women
I’m a genius of managing money! I think it depends more than individual than sex. I know both men & women who are good at managing money and know some who suck at it!!
Depends on the person also because some men need women to manage the money.
Nope!
Not my money.
Hahahha
Not in my house. Although my daughter will be great
Hell no! Lmao
Yes
I can give my wife money and never get it back but if she give me some money….I better have it back for her or else….lol
I do as far as groceries since I coupon but he pays the bills so we balance each other out
some women are better than men and some men are better than women when it comes to managing money
My husband is way better at managing money than I am. I USE to be the type to swipe my card until I couldn’t swipe anymore lol. If something cost $19.95 and I had $20, I was buying it. Thankfully, I don’t do that anymore. He’s rubbed off on me and I’m way more reserved on spending money. I’m always finding ways to save us money.
Yes. Well at least in our home. I’m a saver and my husband is a spender.
Same here Anthony Jackson Sr.
It depends on the woman as well as the man.
my wife does better than i do so i just let her do it
I’m addicted… in a good way
Haha Barb Bourdon-Hughes don’t mention coupons!! My wife is the queen
In some cases. It depends on who God gave such Grace to. There are some men who aren’t good with money and some women.
Pennies spend… I coupon now so saving is in me at all times.. I don’t like paying full price for anything.. I’ve become cheap!
Shopping without guilt in an expensive store.
Venderay, I was a bachelor then…..
Splurge? #WhatsThat??? LOL!!!!
Don’t forget spending money in the budget. Extra money or a windfall is splurge money.
Never found shoes and hat to match the coat, then there was always something more important.
I’ve got a rusty-orange leather coat I’ve never worn. (12 years old) and a brown leather vest (125 bucks) that I cannot find whatsoever…..
#SomeoneEnjoysIt
I don’t like an empty pantry.
I think when you are single you can buy whatever you want and the. Married you have to start focusing on buying what you need!
Mine too. In the words of MY wife, “Listen rich man, coins spend too!” (and don’t care to hold up a line and count out change, I felt embarrassed once upon a time ago)
Bro you said it. I was also a wasteful spender and my wife is like you can’t run a business and just be blowing money on crap that’s not important!
I’ve had to really stop and reminiscence upon what life was like before her. I was a wasteful spender. Bills may be paid, but NOTHING would be in the fridge besides lunchmeat, cheese, milk. And OCCASIONALLY some juice. Now, I can do it all by myself!!!! LOL!!!! (no need interrupting her flow)
Sounds like you would be handling the bread! Lol
OK
My wife so cheap she will be like hey we $80.00 in pennies saved. I can get groceries for the next two months with this and I’m the type like look at all these pennies laying around and in the way. Get rid of them
I’m saying like who likes to save more and who likes to spend it and worry later? Lol
Rodney Saunders my wife got
Her credit score all the way up and then said let’s make sure yours is good! Lol but it’s good and like you going up from her help
We’ve had a rough couple of years so not much fun stuff going on but trying to save for a rainy day…
No. Who handles the money should be determined before the wedding bells. At least the budget or who pays what.
My wife collects ALL the money. Bills are not only paid on time, but my credit score keeps marching forward! #TeamWork
I’ve done some dumb Sh@* with money so it was safer in his hands I have grown an learned some things in the past 16 years
Barb Bourdon-Hughes where do you draw the line between spending for fun and saving for a dry season??
Barb Bourdon-Hughes my wife is. She is my lifeline. If I didn’t have a business it would be equal but since I do I spend a lot and she keeps it balanced and don’t let me go over too much
in my household (not speaking for others) My hubby was better at managing the money… we manage it together now
