As part of his continued commitment to community and economic restoration ,two-time Grammy Award-winning hip-hop artist, Lecrae partnered on several major projects and business partnerships all connected under the theme of restoration. Lecrae partnered with Live Free USA’s Masks For The People initiative to supply 70,000 masks to incarcerated people, essential workers, protesters, and the most vulnerable residents beginning in the Atlanta Metro area.

Lecrae with Live Free USA and Billy M. Honor, Director of the New Georgia Project’s “Loose The Chains” program delivered the first batch of masks and sanitizers at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia this past Friday.

The institution was the first to receive the allotment of masks and personal protective equipment (PPE). A special amount of the PPE will be set aside for families of the incarcerated when visitation restrictions are lifted. Remaining hand sanitizers will be distributed to protesters, the homeless, and other directly impacted communities.

Lecrae spoke to Kingsmen Media about how he is keeping the faith in the Pandemic. He also shared his thoughts on the Black Lives Matter Movement and his some exciting features on his new Album, Resotoration, that will be release soon.
