“After review of all the evidence, the testimony of the witnesses, the report of the guardian ad litem, and the claims made throughout this entire case, I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter,” Bridges, 37, said in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.

During the ongoing litigation, Fuller asked for an increase in Bridges’ child support payments and made claims about Bridges initially being against the pregnancy. Bridges fought back, saying Fuller’s comments were damaging his reputation and underlining the reasons why he would provide a better environment for Cai.

  1. Terrance Sullivan it’s a smart move because if you make $1million a year off your music you can have your label pay you $20,000 a month and put the rest up in an interest account or you can say you are investing the rest and don’t have access to it

  2. Terrance Sullivan I read that he makes sure def jam only gives him a salary of $25,000 a month so even if he is worth $30million the court will have to go by what he makes In salary. Gucci mane also did this by having his label only give him $20,000 a month and the court ordered that he pay $2,000 a month in C.S.

  3. Well you have to figure I can have a live in nanny at $1,000 a week and still have $6,000 a month for my kid or give $10,000 to the mom. I would do joint custody so the baby can know mom

  4. Terrance Sullivan I feel like these fathers are like I’d rather hire a nanny and let my kid grow up in a mansion before I give that kind of money to the Bm. And the BM wants plenty of $$ so the kid can have the fathers life

  5. ? Ladies and a statement. If I was in the same position as luda I would try to get full custody as well. Y should the mother of the child be able to have a certain lifestyle just because of who the dad is. Should luda only have to pay a reasonable amount of support. In my mind for him 10,000 a month would be at the most. Im just not with these women getting astronomical amount of support just because of who the dad is. If they were married thats a different story .

  6. We are looking at the adults in this situation, what about the child and the best interest of her? Personally, if there is no abuse or neglect in the situation I don’t see what the problem is, unless the child is being used as a weapon instead of the gift that she is. As women, we should never use our children as a bargaining chip because that would be considered as abuse to me in means of getting what you feel you deserve and not what is best for the child. I am not saying that this is being done in this case but some people; whether, it be the woman or the man will do this when the other person has money.

  7. I truly believe that most of these cases are only being won because they have more money then the women. I’m not saying that he’s not a GOOOD parent or that men can’t raise their children, but I’d love to know what makes these women unfit.
