  1. I think it’s something this generation should see. It’s more than just the music but read between the lines of the movie, from greed, sex, being a business man, how the government really works etc etc..a lot of folks think rappers are thugs but back then and a Very select few now..if you talk to em you’ll see they really genius and Very smart! Great movie! Going down as our generation’s krush groove

  2. I tell everyone to freshen up on the nwa. Cube, Easy etc hits. It was these columbine serial killer looking white boys sitting next to us. I had my hand on the trigger at the beginning in case these cats got crazy. But after i noticed they knew more songs than me, i started saying yall my niggas. Lol

  3. It was AWESOME and if you really think for a minute, Boyz-n-the Hood told us was happening in L.A. and nationwide and its still going on today in 2015…..Detroit, Chicago, NYC, NJ, Philly, ATL, St.Louis, Ferguson, DC, Baltimore OAKLAND, Cleveland, Columbus, Cincinnati, Youngstown etc…..

  4. What a great movie! Paid to lil extra to see it in XD and it was worth it. The casting the music was excellent. The movie keeps u so interested that u dont realize how long it is.

  5. I loved it…went with some 2nd cousins who were born late 90’s…..giving them history lessons….the casting director deserves an award….they scrimped on the dialogue though

  6. Loved it!!!… The music made you wanna go home and pull that cd out!!.. And it made you laugh!!.. It also reminded you there is nothing new under the sun.. Definately a good movie!!!..

  7. I thought it was a great movie! I must give it to the casting director; everyone’s role was portrayed well. It’s one of those movies you can watch over and over again.

  8. I loved it. Best movie I have seen so far this yr. I didn’t grow up in that ERA but I heard about it and they tastefully portrayed Eazy E. I want to see it again.
