“Saints & Sinners” Trailer-New Season Premiering Sunday, April 11

Bounce released the official trailer and key art for the fifth drama series “Saints & Sinners,” which is produced in partnership with Swirl Film’s Eric Tomosunas & Ron Robinson (Behind the Movement: The Rosa Parks Story, Love Under New Management: The Miki Howard Story, Tales, Pride & Prejudice). Nigel Campbell serves as the showrunner/executive producer of the series and Saints & Sinners: Judgment Day film, which he also wrote.

Nike denies involvement with Lil Nas X’s Custom Shoes

News of the shoes drew outrage over the Palm Sunday weekend, with some critics slamming both Lil Nas X and Nike. But Nike was quick to distance itself from the Satan Shoes, pointing out that they’re custom adaptations of existing products.

“We do not have a relationship with Little Nas X or MSCHF,” the sportswear giant said in a statement. “Nike did not design or release these shoes and we do not endorse them.”

Jamie Foxx To Play Mike Tyson In Limited Series

The series will be titled Tyson and will span the entirety of Tyson’s life thus far. Although the series doesn’t have a home at a network or streaming service, Antoine Fuqua is on board to direct and executive produce and Oscar-winning director Martin Scorsese is serving as an executive producer as well. The former two-time heavyweight champion is on board with Foxx portraying him on the small screen.

“I have been looking to tell my story for quite some time,” Tyson said. “With the recent launch of Legends Only League and the excitement from fans following my return to the ring, now feels like the perfect moment. I look forward to collaborating with Martin, Antoine, Jamie, and the entire creative team to bring audiences a series that not only captures my professional and personal journey but also inspires and entertains.”

“Snowfall” Renewed for Fifth Season on FX

FX has renewed its acclaimed drama series Snowfall for season five, it was announced yesterday by Eric Schrier, President, FX Entertainment.

Through the first three episodes of season four, Snowfall is enjoying an incredible +41% increase in Total Viewers, averaging 5.1 million Total Viewers across all platforms. Five episodes remain in the current 10-episode fourth season, which airs Wednesdays at 10pm ET/PT on FX and available for streaming the next day on FX on Hulu. Season four concludes on April 21st.  The acclaimed drama series created by the late Academy Award® and Emmy® nominated director John Singleton, Eric Amadio and Showrunner Dave Andron.
