Atlanta season 3 now has a confirmed release date of March 24th, 2022.
FX’s President of Entertainment Eric Schrier said that FX is “thrilled” to have Atlanta return.“We are thrilled to have Atlanta back with a new season on March 24th,” Schrier said. “Once again, Donald Glover, the producers and stellar cast have delivered another signature season synonymous with the excellence that makes Atlanta so great.”
Warner Bros has just released the second official trailer for the upcoming release of The Matrix Resurrections. The film will be in US theaters on December 22nd and on HBO Max via their Ad-Free plan for 31 days following theatrical release.
Today, the NAACP and BET announced that the “53rd NAACP Image Awards” will broadcast Saturday,February 26, 2022 (at 8:00 PM, live ET/5:00 PM, live PT) on BET. Nominees will be announced on January 11, 2022.
NAACP will also recognize winners in non-televised Image Awards categories February 21- February 23, which will stream on www.naacpimageawards.net and during the NAACP Image Awards Dinner, which will be held February 25 in Los Angeles.

Given that there was a 16-month-gap between the first season and second, we could probably expect the third season to drop sometime in early 2024.
The thriller series was renewed for another season in January 2023, just a few days after the second episode of season 2 aired. (They’re not wasting time.) With the season 2 premiere pulling in around 4.1 million views, it’s not surprising that the Starz network would want to bring the show back for more.
“BMF” is inspired by the true story of two brothers, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory (Demetrius Flenory, Jr.) and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory (Da’Vinchi), from the inner-city streets of southwest Detroit in the late 1980’s, who fostered the most prominent drug trafficking organization in the U.S., known as “Black Mafia Family.”
This series explores the brothers’ lives, their family dynamics and their relationship with the community in an authentic manner that highlights their upbringing in a traditional family unit. Their parents Charles Flenory (Russell Hornsby) and Lucille Flenory (Michole Briana White), as well as their spiritual advisor, Pastor Swift (Snoop Dogg), push the brothers to pursue formal educations. The tension between Meech and Terry’s blood family and the criminal family they formed to eradicate themselves from poverty creates inner conflict as the brothers pursue the ever-elusive American Dream.
“BMF” will premiere worldwide on Sunday, September 26 at 9 PM ET/PT then move to its regular timeslot at 8 PM ET/PT starting on Sunday, October 3. Nigel Campbell serves as the showrunner/executive producer of the series and Saints & Sinners: Judgment Day film, which he also wrote.
News of the shoes drew outrage over the Palm Sunday weekend, with some critics slamming both Lil Nas X and Nike. But Nike was quick to distance itself from the Satan Shoes, pointing out that they’re custom adaptations of existing products.
“We do not have a relationship with Little Nas X or MSCHF,” the sportswear giant said in a statement. “Nike did not design or release these shoes and we do not endorse them.”
The series will be titled Tyson and will span the entirety of Tyson’s life thus far. Although the series doesn’t have a home at a network or streaming service, Antoine Fuqua is on board to direct and executive produce and Oscar-winning director Martin Scorsese is serving as an executive producer as well. The former two-time heavyweight champion is on board with Foxx portraying him on the small screen.

FX has renewed its acclaimed drama series Snowfall for season five, it was announced yesterday by Eric Schrier, President, FX Entertainment.
Through the first three episodes of season four, Snowfall is enjoying an incredible +41% increase in Total Viewers, averaging 5.1 million Total Viewers across all platforms. Five episodes remain in the current 10-episode fourth season, which airs Wednesdays at 10pm ET/PT on FX and available for streaming the next day on FX on Hulu. Season four concludes on April 21st.
