NEWS BOBBI KRISTINA BROWN FOUND UNCONSCIOUS IN BATHTUB
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s husband Nick Gordon and a friend found her in the tub … according to police in Roswell, GA. We’re told her husband and friend immediately started CPR on her … until police and paramedics arrived.
We’re told police took over life-saving measures on the scene — and then she was taken by ambulance to a hospital.
Doctors have now stabilized her breathing.
Still unclear why Bobbi fell unconscious. We’re told a friend made the call to 911 from Bobbi’s house.
Serena Williams wins Australian Open
MELBOURNE, Australia — Serena Williams won her 19th Grand Slam title and continued her unbeaten run in six Australian Open finals by extending her decade-long domination of Maria Sharapova.
She struggled with a hacking cough, she was sick, and she twice celebrated too early, but she held her composure in a 6-3, 7-6 (5) victory on Saturday.
On her third match point, she let her racket go before hearing a let call to what she thought was an ace.
“I thought, ‘Wow this is it, I did it, only to hear let. I was like, ‘OK Serena!'” she said. “I was very disappointed, because Maria was playing so well. I thought she’s going to try to hit a winner now. She’s goes for broke on match point.”
So she fell back on her biggest weapon, firing another ace — her 15th of the set and 18th of the match. This time, after checking it was official, she bounced around like a little child and the celebration was real.
“I’m so honored to be here and to hold this 19th trophy,” Williams said. “I didn’t think it would happen this fast, to be honest, but it feels really good.”
Jay Z Makes A $56 Million Bid on Music Streaming Service
Jay Z is still out to prove he may be the most business-savvy rap star in the game, as he’s ready to purchase Spotify competitor, Tidal in an attempt to become a major player in the future of music streaming.
According to Engadget, Mr. Carter is buying the Norwegian company that owns Tidal, placing a 464 million Krona (about $56 million) bid on the streaming service. The company’s review board has reviewed Hov’s offer and are recommending that its shareholders accept the offer.

Suge Knight charged with MURDER!!!
Rap mogul Marion “Suge” Knight has been arrested on a murder charge in a fatal hit-and-run in Los Angeles.
Sgt. Diane Hecht of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s information office said Knight was arrested at about 3 a.m. and is being held on $2 million bail.

The identity of the victim is Terry Carter and TMZ states that they are told Carter has died. TMZ writes: Sources connected with Suge tell TMZ … the 2 men who fought Suge were the instigators. Our sources say Suge was scared because he’s in frail health — in addition to being shot 6 times last summer, he recently almost died from a blood clot. Sources tell TMZ … the victim is Terry Carter, who we’re told is a friend of Suge’s. We’re told there was a passenger in Suge’s car, who will be a critical witness in the hit and run.
Suge Knight has hit a man with his car during a fight and the status on the victim’s injuries have not been released yet, nor has his name. TMZ broke the story reporting:
Suge Knight got into a fight on the set of film project in Compton, and ran over a man who may have been killed … according to witnesses.
According to the story, Suge Knight pulled up and a fight occurred between him and a crew member. In the midst of the argument, Knight is reported to have put his car in reverse and take off, accidentally hitting a bystander.

Sources connected to Wayne tell TMZ … if Birdman antes up then he can release “Tha Carter V,” but only if Wayne gets paid. Wayne says he was supposed to get an $8 million advance when he began recording in December, 2013 and another 2M when he completed the album a year later, but so far he’s gotten nothing.

Birdman Owes Lil Wayne $8 Million!
According to the report, the two tried to work things out earlier this week, but negotiations fell through. Now Wayne wants a judge to allow him to break free from his Cash Money Records contract claiming Baby violated the terms of his deal by withholding the release of Tha Carter V. The Young Money head claims Birdman also failed to pay him an $8 million advance on his last album which he plans to sue for.

Birdman is Very Angry with his Son Dwayne
sources say Birdman is angry on 2 fronts … that Wayne is trying to bail on a binding contract and even more personal, he’s putting their relationship on blast.
Wayne’s song, “I’m Sorry for the Wait,” is especially galling to Birdman because he feels the man he calls “son” is treating him like some random producer.
As we reported, lawyers and others for Wayne and Birdman are in talks, but Wayne has threatened a lawsuit if his album isn’t released.
Federal charges unlikely for Darren Wilson in Ferguson case, officials say
CNN)A federal investigation has not found enough evidence to charge Darren Wilson with the federal crime of depriving Michael Brown of his civil rights, according to multiple sources familiar with the investigation.
The FBI has completed its investigation into the August shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, and sent the findings to the Justice Department, a law enforcement official and a separate U.S. official said Wednesday.
Justice Department prosecutors will not recommend civil rights charges against Wilson, who killed Brown, because there is not sufficient evidence to support charges, a U.S. official told CNN.
11 of 12 Footballs Underinflated in Patriots Win
The NFL has found that 11 of 12 of the New England Patriots game balls were inflated significantly less than the NFL requires, league sources involved and familiar with the investigation of Sunday’s AFC championship game told ESPN.
The investigation found the footballs were underinflated by 2 pounds per square inch of air less than what’s required by NFL regulations during the Pats’ 45-7 victory over the Indianapolis Colts, according to sources.
“We are not commenting at this time,” said Greg Aiello, the NFL’s senior vice president of communications.

Chris Brown’s Probation Revoked After Nightclub Shooting
Chris Brown’s probation has been revoked, in connection to his appearance at a nightclub were five people were shot and injured on January 11th. Although the singer himself wasn’t involved in the incident, by performing at the Fiesta venue in San Jose, California, Brown violated a provision in his probation forbidding him from leaving Los Angeles County. There is also the issue of Brown still needing to complete 200 hours of community service, the Los Angeles Times reports.

According to a source, guests at his Scottsdale, Arizona, home called 911 in the early hours of Thursday morning.
“He wasn’t responding,” said the source. “He went to bed Tuesday night, but didn’t wake up in the afternoon or evening the next day. He was sleeping for 24 hours.”
The source close to the family added that by the time emergency services were alerted, the heavyweight champ, who suffers from Parkinson’s disease, had been asleep for well over a day.
“They thought he might be too exhausted,” continued the source.

Man Breaks 3-Year-Old’s Leg for Eating Last Slice of Cheesecake
A three-year-old child is currently in the hospital after his mother’s boyfriend beat him viciously for eating the last piece of cheesecake, WFSB reports.
Police in Memphis, TN retold the bizarre story during a court appearance for Katrina Johnson and her boyfriend Anthony Gulledge, both of whom have been charged with aggravated child abuse. Gulledge came home and noticed the child ate the last piece of the dessert on Saturday. He dragged the child by the ankle into a room and beat him, police said, resulting in a broken thigh bone and bruised lungs.
