Lil Wayne Facing 10 Years After Feds Charge Him with Firearm Possession

Lil Wayne is facing 10 years in prison after the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida charged him with 1 count of possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon. This stems from a December 2019 incident where feds searched Wayne’s private jet in Miami and found a gun and ammunition.

11-Year-Old Boy Leads Cops on High-Speed Chase in Stolen School Bus

The chase lasted nearly 45 minutes as authorities say the boy taunted and flipped them off. Things ended after the boy crashed into a tree in a residential area but not before he hit three vehicles along the way. But questions still remain about how exactly the boy got hold of the bus keys and how he managed to drive the vehicle considering his height. Nevertheless, the unidentified child was charged with theft of a vehicle, aggravated flight, damage to property and aggravated assault.

According to documents, Norman, who owns Sweetie Pies restaurant, took out a $450,000 life insurance policy on Montgomery in 2014. He then allegedly communicated with a woman named Terica Ellis via burner phones to pull off the murder. Ellis and Norman were in communication the day of the murder, and the feds claim they pinged Ellis’ phone near the scene of the crime in St. Louis.

New Law Makes it a Felony to Assault Workers Enforcing COVID-19 Mask Rules

Illinois governor, J.B. Pritzker, passed a law last week that allows individuals assaulting workers enforcing the use of masks to be prosecuted for aggravated battery. In Illinois, aggravated battery is typically a felony.

I’m “This provision sends the message that it’s vitally important for workers to be both respected and protected while serving on the front lines,” said the governor’s office in a statement on the new law, which went into effect immediately.
