Gordon’s lawyer did not return ABC News’ request for comment about the lawsuit. Gordon did tweet a message of hope for Brown Wednesday, which is now protected and blocked from the public.

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Life is now in the Hands of the Lord

Bobbi Kristina Brown is being moved to hospice care after months in the hospital.
In a statement, her aunt Pat Houston said Whitney Houston’s daughter’s “condition has continued to deteriorate” and Brown was moved to hospice care Wednesday.

The statement added the Houston family thanks “everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God’s hands now.”
Brown is also the daughter of singer Bobby Brown.
Last week a source connected to the Brown family told FOX411 that the 22-year-old is in a vegetative state.

Christopher Brown, legal counsel for Bobby Brown, released a statement Friday addressing media reports on her condition.
“Bobbi Kristina is not going home to die as numerous news affiliates and websites have reported,” he said.

Amazon Joins Walmart & EBay and Removes Confederate Flag

Facing pressure from angry consumers, Amazon on Tuesday joined other big retailers in deciding to remove Confederate battle flag merchandise from its offerings.
The giant online retailer followed Walmart, Sears and eBay in discontinuing sales of such products after the shooting of nine black parishioners in a South Carolina church by a white gunman. Etsy, the online retailer, also decided to drop flag-related items.
The killings have renewed a focus on the Confederate flag, which had been displayed in photographs of the gunman. And large segments of the public have demanded that it be removed from its perch at the statehouse in Charleston, S.C. On Tuesday, as the flag continued to be held up as a symbol of hatred and slavery, South Carolina lawmakers were considering whether to have it taken down.

Janet Jackson’s Musical Comeback Starts at  BET Awards 2015

Janet Jackson’s indelible mark on the world of music transcends decades and generations, and because of that, BET is honored to recognize the Queen of Pop with the first-ever Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual Award at the 2015 BET Awards.
“This is Janet Jackson, people! We are excited beyond belief to present her with our inaugural ULTIMATE ICON: Music Dance Visual award and we are thrilled that she chose the BET Awards as the first step on her new road,” said Stephen G. Hill, BET’s President of Programming. “An inspiration to many other artists, ‘Ms. Jackson’ (’cause I’m nasty) blends music, dance and visuals in unique and groundbreaking ways and we look forward to celebrating her storied history… as well as giving the BET Awards audience a peek into her Unbreakable future.”

As she makes her grand return to the music scene, Jackson will be honored like the music royal that she is with performances from three of her biggest contemporary admirers: Tinashe, Jason Derulo and Ciara.
Ms. Jackson’s comeback has already begun with her first single, “No Sleeep,” from her upcoming album — her first in seven years — officially premiering yesterday (June 22). The Ultimate Icon: Music Dance Visual award will be another honor that Jackson can add to her résumé as she currently holds six Grammys, two Emmys, a Golden Globe, and many others. She is also the first African-American female artist to have hit singles in each of the last four decades, proving that she is very much deserving of this prestigious distinction.

Update: Diddy Free on Bail & Facing 20 Years in Prison

Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is free on bail after being arrested on charges of assault with a deadly weapon, among other counts, stemming from an alleged incident on the UCLA campus, according to police and school officials.

Combs, 45, was arrested about 12:30 p.m. at the Acosta Athletic Training Complex in connection with an alleged assault involving a kettlebell, police said in a news release. A kettlebell is a round piece of weightlifting equipment with a handle, usually made of cast iron.

Combs was initially held on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, but police updated the charges late Monday night to three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery.

No one was seriously injured, police said. Combs was freed from jail just after 10 p.m., according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department records.

SC governor calls for Confederate flag to come down

South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley said Monday the Confederate flag should be removed from the grounds of the state capitol, reversing her position on the divisive symbol amid growing calls for it to be removed.
The Republican’s about-face comes after nine black church members were gunned down, allegedly by a young white man who embraced the flag as a symbol of white supremacy.
“150 years after the end of the Civil War, the time has come,” Haley said after rousing applause, surrounded by Democrats and Republican lawmakers. “That flag, while an integral part of the past, does not represent the future of our great state”
The flag has flown in front of the state capitol for 15 years after being moved from atop the Statehouse dome.
U.S. Sens. Lindsay Graham and Tim Scott, an African-American appointed by Haley, were standing with Haley during her announcement. When she finished, she hugged Scott and South Carolina’s only other black congressman, Democratic Rep. Jim Clyburn.

Man Walks Through Atlanta Airport w/ AR-15 fully Loaded with 100 Round Drum

Cooley says he was first approached by a fire marshal who asked him why he was carrying the gun in the airport. He was then approached by an APD officer, who asked him about the gun and whether he was permitted to carry the weapon.
“I told her I was carrying this for safely when she asked me why,” Cooley posted on Facebook.
Cooley says as he and his wife began to leave the airport the APD officer stopped him again and radioed to others that he was carrying an automatic weapon. Cooley says he was then followed to his car by a police lieutenant and two officers, who took pictures of their car.
“It shouldn’t matter what I carry, just that I choose to carry,” Cooley said. “You never know where something might happen.”

Is it OK for Tom Hank’s Son to Use the N-Word???

The younger Hanks, a rapper who goes by the stage name Chet Haze, is defending his use of the racial slur following a flurry of angry comments on his Instagram page after he used the N-word in a photo caption over the weekend:

“If I say the (N-word) I say it amongst people I love and who love me. If I say “(expletive) yall hatin ass (N-words)” it’s because that’s really how I felt at the time. And I don’t accept society getting to decide what ANYBODY can or can’t say. That’s something we call FREE SPEECH. Now I understand the older generation who grew up in the Jim Crowe era might have strong feelings against this. And that’s understandable… But what I’m saying is this is 2015… And even tho we are still far from where we need to be and black people are still being literally KILLED by a RACIST and (expletive) up system… We have also reached a point where the word can no longer have a negative connotation if we so choose. And who is to say only black people can use it? The way I see it, it’s a word that unifies the culture of HIP-HOP across ALL RACES, which is actually kind of a beautiful thing. It’s a word that can be used out of camaraderie and love, not just exclusively for black people. What’s the point in putting all these built up ‘rules’ about it. It’s time to let go. You can hate me or love me for it, but can’t nobody tell me what I can or can’t say. It’s got nothing to do with trying to be a thug. It’s about the culture of the music. And that’s all I have to say about that (no pun intended) lol. It’s all love. Some people will get it, some people won’t. Either way, Ima keep living my life however the (expletive) I want. ALL LOVE.”

Scarface, Willie D and Bushwick Bill are conducting a month-long tour starting June 7 in Washington, DC and ending July 4th in Cincinnati. One member also says another Geto Boys LP is not out of the question.
“We know that we want to do a record but it’s a situation where right now we’re at the point of getting the paperwork done right so everybody’s on the same page,” Willie told XXL. “Once we get the paperwork done then we can do it. But we are in agreement that we want to do a new record.”
